Planetary provides a cloud hosting platform for Orbit, an open-source staff management solution for Roblox communities. Our service includes:

• Free instance hosting
• Automatic scaling
• Custom subdomains
• Technical support

3. Hosting Responsibilities

By using Planetary's hosting services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are solely responsible for all content, data, and activities that occur under your account and within your workspace.
• You must ensure that all users you grant access to (including staff members and representatives) comply with these terms.
• Planetary reserves the right to monitor and review content hosted on our services to ensure compliance with these terms.
• We may suspend or terminate access to our services if we detect any violations of these terms.
• You are responsible for ensuring all users under your workspace understand and adhere to these terms.

4. User Conduct

Users must not:

• Host or distribute illegal content or materials
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior
• Attempt to compromise the security or integrity of our services
• Use our services for any unauthorized or illegal purposes
• Share or distribute harmful or malicious content
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls

5. Enforcement

Planetary reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend or terminate access to our services for violations of these terms

• Ban users or workspaces that repeatedly violate these terms

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Planetary and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Use of Group Data, IP, Trademarks, Logos, and Other Assets

By using Planetary's services, you represent and warrant that you are the owner of, or have full authorization from the owner to use and grant rights to, all group data (including but not limited to group name, description, member count) and intellectual property (IP) such as trademarks, logos, and other assets you provide.

You grant Planetary a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such group data, IP, and other assets for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to testimonials, reviews, showcases, and case studies.

You retain all ownership and rights to your group data, IP, and other assets, subject only to the limited license granted to Planetary as described above.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Planetary be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Planetary is not responsible for the content or actions of users hosted on our services.
